Cloud Keshi Chain Earrings - Akoya Keshi
We've selected cloud-shaped Akoya Keshi pearls and crafted them into K18 yellow gold chain earrings.
This time, we offer three types of Akoya Keshi pearls with different forms.
Please choose your favorite pearl from the unique expressions of each.
They are deliberately finished simply so you can enjoy the organic shapes created by nature as they are.
Each time the delicate chain sways, the single pearl shines subtly, adding just the right accent. These are beautiful chain earrings that complement any occasion.
Silicon backs are included with the earrings. You can wear them with confidence as they will stay securely in place.
*What are Keshi pearls?
Keshi pearls are accidentally formed when foreign matter, such as a grain of sand, irritates a shell producing cultured pearls.
The foreign matter slightly scratches the inside of the shell, and the cells that form pearls enter the interior, creating nacre layers.
While regular pearls are formed by inserting a round nucleus around which nacre layers are wrapped, Keshi pearls lack this nucleus, resulting in unique, natural shapes.
However, most of them have imperfections or protrusions, and it is rare to find rounded ones or those with beautifully uniform quality.
