Pearls are natural materials, their color and shape may vary from the description.
In addition, pearls may have some bumps and slight flaws on the surface, but these are caused by the cultivation process and are not due to hitting against a hard object.
Please be aware that it is difficult to show all the qualities of the pearls used in our products from the images shown on the product pages of the site.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 12 – OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Delivery of goods via this service is within the scope of the International Air Parcel and FedEx services and to the countries specified by us. The regions/countries where we currently offer international delivery are as follows

- ● Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Poland, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium
- ● Asia: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand
Duties, other fees and delivery times vary by country.
SECTION 13 – SHIPPING COST, SERVICE CHARGE, AND IMPORT DUTIE AND TAX
The shipping costs for delivery of the product will depend on the shipping method selected by the customer and the purchase price.
The prices listed for items sold on this site are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The customer is responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes associated with the delivery of the product.
In some countries, there may be additional shipping costs to be paid by the customer, depending on the delivery area.
Some countries, such as the U.S., may require a Tax ID to be paid at the time of importation.
We will also collect taxes if we determine that we are obligated to collect them.
We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but will provide you with notice of any applicable changes before we make your purchase.
SECTION 14 – PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for purchases made on the Service must be made by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or by PAYPAL, SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY or GOOGLE PAY using the user's own account.
If you use a credit card payment, we must approve the amount of the payment before it can be shipped. We will invoice you for payment once the shipment has started.
Payment by credit card, PAYPAL, SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY or GOOGLE PAY is subject to the terms and conditions of a separate agreement between you and your credit card company or PAYPAL, SHOP PAY, APPLE PAY or GOOGLE PAY.
Any dispute between the User and the credit card company or any other third party shall be settled between the parties concerned, and Pearl House shall not be liable for any such dispute.
SECTION 15 – RETURN POLICY
We do not accept any returns or exchanges at your convenience, except for items in defective or damaged condition.
If you receive faulty item(s), please email us at p-house@pearl-house.jp directly within 7 days of the package delivery date with clear picture of part of defects. We’ll take you through the process. Returns that do not comply with following policy will not be accepted:
(a) Items must be returned unworn, undamaged unused and unaltered, in the same condition it arrived in.
(b) Items must be in the original branded packaging, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
(c) Items were purchased directly from https://scenes-jewelry.com/en/ and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. And, Kobe District Court or the Kobe Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any and all disputes related to the service or this agreement.
