※What is "Umihotaru"?
Natural blue baroque Akoya pearls cultivated by one of Japan's leading farmers, established 120 years ago in Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture.
Only pearls with a mysterious blue color, as if reflecting the sea of Tsushima, are named "Umihotaru" (Sea Firefly) and certified as a unique pearl brand.
The beautiful iridescence of Akoya pearls is created by organic components of the shell entering the nacre layer.
Natural blue color is an accidental occurrence, making it rare and precious to find pearls where the color beautifully covers the entire surface.
While natural blue Akoya pearls are considered prone to color changes, "Umihotaru" pearls have a thick nacre layer and deep color, and have undergone preservation processes under strict management to prevent color changes.
Customers who purchase these pearls will receive a card certifying them as "Umihotaru."

The metal fittings (K18, PT900) are "nickel-free," meaning they contain no nickel, which is a common cause of metal allergies.

【Handling of screw parts】
This product has an "anti-loosening treatment" applied to the screw threads of the screw parts.
※Some parts are untreated
By coating the screw threads with a thin, elastic film, this treatment suppresses screw loosening caused by vibrations through friction.
However, it does not lock the screw, so loosening may occur depending on the usage conditions.
When using, please ensure the screw is tightened securely before wearing, and periodically check for any loosening during wear for safer use.
This product uses K18 or Pt900.
Compared to materials like iron, these do not have high hardness, so there is a risk of the screw part wearing out or breaking depending on usage conditions.
Please be careful not to apply excessive upward or downward force when screwing it on.
Should the screw part deteriorate to a point where it becomes difficult to use, please contact us for repair or a proposal for remaking it into a different piece of jewelry.
