A pale blue sea firefly. Depending on the light, you can also see pink and yellow interference colors.
This yellow-based pale blue color glows softly as if floating on the skin.
Its lovely, flower bud-like form is perfect for hook-type earrings and charms.
※What is "Umihotaru" (sea firefly)?
Natural blue baroque Akoya pearls cultivated by one of Japan's leading farmers with 120 years of history in Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture.
Only pearls with a mysterious blue color, as if reflecting the sea of Tsushima, are named "Umihotaru" (sea firefly) and certified as a unique pearl brand.
The beautiful interference color of Akoya pearls is created when organic components of shellfish enter the nacre layer.
Natural blue color occurs accidentally, so it is rare and very valuable for it to appear beautifully covering the entire pearl.
While natural blue Akoya pearls are said to be prone to color change, "Umihotaru" pearls have a thick nacre layer and deep color, and undergo a preservation process under a strict management system to prevent color changes.
For those who purchase, we include a card proving that it is an Umihotaru pearl.

A collection that offers unique, beautiful, and valuable pearls in screw-type jewelry.
The screw structure allows for free combinations of pearls and various base parts such as earrings and rings.
【Nickel-free】

Our metal fittings (K18, PT900) are "nickel-free," meaning they contain no nickel, which is a common cause of metal allergies.
※This does not guarantee that no one will experience a metal allergic reaction (allergy-free). If you experience any skin abnormalities, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist.
【Handling of screw parts】

This product features an "anti-loosening treatment" on the screw threads of the screw parts.
※Some parts are untreated
This treatment involves coating the screw threads with a thin, elastic film to suppress screw loosening due to vibrations, etc., through friction.
However, as it does not lock, screws may still loosen depending on the usage conditions.
When using, please ensure the screw is securely tightened before wearing, and periodically check for any loosening during wear for safer use.
This product uses K18 or Pt900.
Compared to materials like iron, these metals are not as hard, so the screw part may wear out or break depending on usage.
Please be careful not to apply excessive upward or downward force when screwing on the parts.
In the unlikely event that the screw part deteriorates and becomes difficult to use, please contact us. We will propose repair or remodeling options to allow you to use it as a different piece of jewelry.
Please contact us via the contact page on our website.
【Notes】
・When cleaning the metal parts, be careful not to touch the screw part or the pearl.
・Pearls may change color or crack if left in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment for a long time. Always store them in a place out of direct sunlight.
・Pearls are soft and easily scratched gemstones. Store them in a case, separate from other accessories, to prevent contact.
