【ESSENTIALS】Fitting Samples - Return Required
This is the application page for a 1-week rental of our Pearl Necklace fitting samples.
The rental fee is free. (Shipping cost for delivery is charged; return shipping is free.)
The "fitting samples" are necklaces made with "low-grade Akoya pearls."
You can check the length, weight, and feel of wearing them.
The craftsmanship and clasp specifications are the same as those of the actual product.
Please note that these pearls differ in quality from those usually handled by sCenes products; they have a thinner nacre layer and weaker luster.
The grading for each necklace will be included when delivered, so you can use it as a reference for quality.

【Important Notes】
When applying for a sample set, please make sure to specify a date and time when you can reliably receive it.
The return deadline for the sample set is, in principle, within one week from the specified sample receipt date (return shipping arrangements completed).
After receiving the samples, please check and try them on as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you cannot return them within the deadline, or if you wish to extend the rental period, please contact us immediately.
Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances.
If the return deadline is exceeded without notice, or if the sample set is lost, damaged, or soiled due to the customer's responsibility, the customer will be responsible for the full amount equivalent to the sample set's retail price (not the rental fee), or the repair cost, and shipping fees from our company.
This service is only available within Japan.

【Clasp】
A unique clasp mechanism where a pearl-attached component slides into a groove on the main body and hooks to fasten.
The main body is made of Silver925 and available in two colors: gold plating and rhodium plating. The pearl-attached component will be either K18YG or K14WG, matching the body color.
※If you wish for the main body to also be K18YG or K14WG, please inquire.
【Necklace Length Adjustment】
■Image comparing lengths of 6.5-7.0mm pearl necklaces.
If you wish to shorten the length from approximately 40cm to 38cm, it is free of charge. If you wish to lengthen it, it will be a paid order. (Additional charges vary depending on quality and length.)
Pearls removed when shortening will be given to you separately.
Please note that the impression of the length when worn varies depending on body type and bone structure, and the comparison image is for illustrative purposes only. The appearance also differs depending on the shape and design of the clothing's neckline.

【Nickel-Free】
Our metal fittings (raw SILVER, K18, K14, K10, and plating) are "nickel-free," meaning they contain no nickel, which is a common cause of metal allergies.
※This does not guarantee that no one will experience metal allergic reactions (allergy-free). If you experience any skin abnormalities, please discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
【Maintenance】
Pearl necklaces, when used frequently, may experience some loosening of the string or even breakage due to the weight of the pearls themselves.
sCenes offers restringing repairs for necklaces purchased from us, generally free of labor charges (shipping costs extra), as many times as needed.
Additionally, for addressing age-related deterioration such as dullness or weakening luster on the pearl surface, we offer cleaning services (washing with a special cleaner + polishing) for a fee.
