A beautiful pair with a drop-like form.
With a moderate size of 7-8mm, they pair well with hook-type earrings.
Glimmering interference colors, like a subtle pink-tinged rainbow, shimmer on a base of azure.
These pearls can be enjoyed as earrings, or separated to be used as rings or charms, allowing for unique arrangements as a pair.

※What is "Umihotaru"?

Naturally colored blue baroque Akoya pearls cultivated by a leading domestic farmer with 120 years of history in Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture.
Only pearls with a mysterious blue, as if reflecting the sea of Tsushima, are named "Umihotaru" and certified as a pearl brand.

The beautiful interference colors of Akoya pearls are created when organic components of the shell enter the nacre layer.
Naturally occurring blue colors are rare, and it is even rarer for them to appear beautifully and evenly covering the entire pearl.

While naturally colored blue Akoya pearls are said to be prone to color changes, "Umihotaru" pearls have a thick nacre layer and deep color, and undergo a preservation process under strict management to prevent color changes.

Customers who purchase "Umihotaru" pearls will receive a certificate proving their authenticity.
You can read an interview with the producers of "Umihotaru" here.

COLLECTIBLE PEARL
"Collect your own pearls"

A collection that offers unique and valuable pearls as screw-type jewelry.
The screw mechanism allows for free combination of pearls with various base parts such as earrings and rings.

【Nickel-Free】

The metal fittings (K18, PT900) are "nickel-free", made without any nickel, which is prone to causing metal allergies.

※This does not guarantee that no one will experience metal allergy reactions (allergy-free). If you experience any skin abnormalities, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.

【Handling of Screw Parts】

attach

This product has an "anti-loosening treatment" applied to the screw threads.
※Some parts are untreated
By coating the screw threads with a thin, elastic film, this treatment suppresses screw loosening due to vibration, etc., through friction.
However, as it does not lock, screws may still loosen depending on the conditions of use.
When using, please ensure the screws are tightened securely before wearing, and periodically check for any loosening while wearing for safer use.

This product uses K18 or Pt900.
Compared to materials like iron, its hardness is lower, so the screw part may wear out or break depending on usage conditions.
Please be careful not to apply excessive upward or downward force when screwing it on.
In the unlikely event that the screw part deteriorates and becomes difficult to use, please contact us. We can offer repair or suggestions for remaking it into a different piece of jewelry.
Please contact us via the contact page on our website.

【Precautions】

・When cleaning the metal parts, be careful not to touch the screw part or pearls.
・Pearls may change color or crack if left in a hot and humid environment for a long time. Always store them in a place out of direct sunlight.
・Pearls are soft and easily scratched. Store them in a separate case, away from other accessories.
